Highlights from our Twenty-Second Year in Business
As we approach the end of 2024, reflecting on our twenty-second year in business is humbling and an honor. We are grateful for our relationships with our team members, clients, and partners in telecom and EV charging across dozens of countries.
The following highlights three key areas MD7 was committed to in 2024 and will continue to focus on in the new year: providing extreme service to our clients and partners, the growth of our team members, and giving back to our communities.
Extreme Service: A Commitment to Our Clients and Partners
We continued to help our clients build a more connected world by developing and upgrading communication sites, EV Charging locations, and interactive kiosks throughout North America and Europe. The MD7 team strove to provide extreme service and continuously improve the delivery of our core services, including siting and candidate identification, leasing, architecture & engineering, project and construction management, zoning and permitting, and utility coordination.
Since 2003, MD7 has continued to serve our long-running clients, the mobile operators, and expanded the solutions we offer to satellite service providers, charge point operators, and digital signage companies.
We’ve forged partnerships that have brought electric vehicle connections to neighborhoods and cities globally, making sustainable living more accessible. We’ve enhanced our collaboration with key international CPOs in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium and the USA.
Another collaboration this year brought interactive kiosks to several cities, enhancing connectivity and access to information for countless residents.
Continuous Improvement: A Commitment to Our Team Members
The pursuit of Continuous Improvement drove many of our initiatives in 2024. We hosted Leadership Summits to equip our managers and leaders with the tools and knowledge to excel. Additionally, mentorship programs, workshops, and seminars empowered our employees to grow professionally and personally.
From refining our processes to investing in our people, we’ve embraced every opportunity to improve. This commitment enhances our work and ensures that we remain agile and forward-thinking in a rapidly evolving industry.
Giving Back: A Commitment to Our Communities
The value of Giving Back has shone brightly this year through a range of initiatives that positively impacted our communities.
We’ve embraced every opportunity to make a difference, from participating in 5K races and marathons to supporting holiday gift programs and back-to-school drives. Partnerships with various local organizations allowed us to extend our reach even further, ensuring that our efforts touch local and global lives.
