Job Summary

 

The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for managing, motivating and training a team of Lease Consultants (LCs – a sales-driven role) and Lease Processors (LPs – an administrative role) to achieve individual and team performance targets defined by MD7. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the setup and management of a new LC and LP team.

The TL  may also be responsible for maintaining a high level of personal targets, thus leading by example. The TL leads the day-to-day performance management of the team and is the primary contact for all LC and LP queries.

 

Major Goals and Responsibilities

 

  • Working own pipeline and supporting project setup.
  • Managing team performance and achieving team targets.
  • Achieving personal targets.
  • Achieving personal targets set by Direct Line Manager on monthly basis.

 

Essential Activities

 

  • Managing the performance of a team of LCs: and LPs: Includes assigning written targets; completing check-ins; completing pipeline overviews; managing absences; consulting with HR and line management on performance and personnel issues.
  • Training and coaching employees, e.g. in negotiations, job induction, lease processing, etc.
  • Achieving personal targets.
  • Coordinating team meetings and ensuring updates are communicated to all team members.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.

  1. Native German and proficient English.
  2. Demonstratable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action.
  3. Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
  5. Ability to prioritise and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  6. Effective time management.
  7. Comfortable placing outbound calls.
