We are looking to welcome a German Speaking Site Development Planner to our team to help make a difference in the world. This position is responsible for effectively managing multiple wireless site development projects, including but not limited to greenfield site development projects, site modification projects and utility projects. Managing and coordinating all phases of the site development and design process; communicating with clients and attending regular in-person meetings, work with site acquisition/zoning staff, legal counsel, utilities and general contractors; performing site inspections of completed work; performing site walks with landlords; working closely with MD7 Project Managers to ensure success.

A day in the life of a successful Site Development Planner can look like:

• Manage all day-to-day deliverables for utility coordination
• Communicate with clients, site acquisition, PCS team, zoning, legal counsel, utilities, public officials
• Maintain tracking reports
• Perform site inspections
• Complete SAQ fielding/site walks necessary for SCIPs and lockdowns

• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

• Perform site walks with any necessary parties (jurisdiction personnel, engineering, A&E, etc).
• Coordinate with Project Managers

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Native level German and Professional English Proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

• 2 years’ experience in wireless telecom construction
• Previous experience developing, designing, adjusting, managing site construction processes
• Previous experience with software systems that track site readiness status
• Experience with reading, redlining architectural drawings
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
