Description

We are looking to fill a Site Acquisition Manager – Small Cells position in the San Diego office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination with the Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
  • Work with the PMs to drive/oversee search ring due diligence and landlord interaction as needed to locate viable candidates
  • Completion of site candidate identification packages, A&E site design walks and other site/field visits with RF Engineering, Zoning, and A&E Departments as required
  • Work with the customer and PMs to establish and deliver against all site acquisition deliverables; and participate in Client meetings as needed and respond to client questions on a regular basis
  • Negotiation of Lease, Amendment, License, Right-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners
  • Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client
  • Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning, communications, and actions on sites
  • Organizing and conducting presentations for neighborhood meetings or public hearings as required by local jurisdictions or as requested by respective property owner(s)
  • Daily interaction with the PM, A&E, Zoning and Permitting to ensure compliance with all client, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental and industry standards
  • May require travel to other markets

 

Qualifications

Education Required:

4 year degree or equivelenet prefered

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of site acquisition experince within the wireless industry

Special Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed to conduct daily interactions with customers, landlords and municipal organizations.

Licenses or Certifications Required:

A valid broker’s license is required. If not currently a license broker, a license is required within the first six months of employment.
