We are looking for a Project Control Specialists for our Seattle office

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and document Billing and Purchase orders for project including internal, vendor and client PO’s; resolve billing, invoicing, payment issues as necessary
  • Assist Project Manager in vendor management and procurement of services (request POR’s route services, upload to databases)
  • Facilitate retrieval and completion of relevant project documents/deliverables and ensure they are properly sent and uploaded to the appropriate contacts and client databases
  • Insert initial forecasts in client database and update forecasts and milestone completion in client database; input other data to client databases as necessary; confirm final document upload to LiveTrack
  • Prepare tower company applications/packages; conduct property-related research as required
  • Research and locate parcel ownership information using Google Earth Pro and provided databases; enter data in Livetrack
  • Help coordinate project consents/notices with site landlords and help coordinate site visits
  • Perform other administrative tasks to ensure project – related processes can be completed
  • Provide cross training and assistance to other site development projects as requested
  • Minimum 6 months experience required working with wireless carrier leases, applications/packages, billing, invoicing, payment issues and/or related processes

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (v-lookups, general formulas)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, landlords and other project stakeholders
