5G is changing the world. Be part of that change. Md7, a leading provider of innovative solutions to help mobile network operators is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Land Use I to expand the team.


Job Summary: 


The Lease Processor position will prepare complex lease amendments and new lease agreements based on negotiated terms submitted by the Lease Consultant.   This position will review lease terms and contract language to ensure compliance with customer’s guidelines.


Major goals and responsibilities:


  • Draft leasing documents for landlord and customer review
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared by confirming current landlord information, along with current leasing entitlements
  • Coordinate, route, and review final lease packages until completed deliverables are received


Essential activities:


  • 65% – Review deal terms negotiated by Lease Consultants and incorporate such terms into the appropriate leasing document; review final leasing documents for accuracy and confirm current landlord information by reviewing real estate documents, such as deeds and assignments


  • 15% – Interface with customer’s project team and/or legal team to review proposed deal terms and obtain necessary approvals to proceed with final documents


  • 15% – Records management; monitor project deliverables; prepare leasing packages; maintain, scan and track packages submitted and received from landlord and customer


  • 5% – Utilize and navigate through internal and customer database system to provide leasing updates, document uploading and document retrieval

  • Experience
    • Knowledge of real estate principles and contract drafting/processing preferred
    • College degree or equivalent work experience
