What does it mean to be an Authorized Operator Partner?
Wireless operators deliver mobile/wireless services to hundreds of millions of subscribers around the world. The operators are tenants who locate their cell sites on the landlords' properties, and they seek to be partners with their landlords for the long term.
Md7 is a preferred real estate asset manager for five of the top six wireless operators in North America and to three of the top 10 wireless operators worldwide. Operators have asked us to work with their cell site landlords on their behalf as their agent. We have letters of authorization that confirm this agreement, as well as permission from the operator to access your original lease so you can be sure that our statements are factual.
