Md7 was founded in 2003 to partner with carriers by facilitating the correction of market inefficiencies created by rapid build-outs of national wireless networks. The conflicts inherent in having leases negotiated by the same companies that were charged with building the sites has resulted in carriers paying five to ten times more for leased space on top of a building or on vacant property than they would otherwise pay for retail, office or other commercial space.  

As a business process outsourcing company for the wireless industry, Md7 turns a carrier’s internal lease management cost center into an outsourced profit center. We provide a central repository through a web-based model for the purpose of providing four key outsourced functions:
