MEET THE MD7 EXECUTIVE TEAM
Michael D. Gianni
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Michael founded Md7 in 2003 with 20 years of wireless infrastructure experience. As Chairman and CEO, he has pioneered a company that is committed to alleviating real estate costs associated with doing business in the wireless industry by providing an outsource solution in the areas of asset and infrastructure management to wireless operators globally. Michael has led Md7 from the US into the UK and Continental Europe, and is driving into Latin America and Asia.Prior to Md7, Michael utilized his extensive entrepreneurial expertise to build Gianni & Associates, a $1.5-million construction company he grew to a $20-million services organization providing site acquisition, zoning, construction and equipment installation services to the wireless industry. Gianni & Associates developed cell sites for Verizon Wireless, Sprint, AT&T Wireless, RAM Mobile Data, Nextel and other wireless operators.
His ongoing success has also been greatly informed by his longtime relationships with industry leaders, including Amps Platform beginning in 1984 (Airtouch, now Verizon Wireless); Ram Mobile Data from 1990 – 1993 (now Cingular Wireless); Fleetcall from 1993 – 1994 (now Nextel) ; Omnitel Pronto Italia from 1994 - 1995 (now Vodafone); BellSouth DCS from 1995 - 1996 (now AT&T Mobility); and AT&T Wireless – Narrowband from 1996 - 1997 (now AT&T Mobility). Within these projects, Michael was responsible for managing and deploying sites in excess of 2,000 wireless facilities spanning two continents.
Michael and his executive team at Md7 are committed to sharing their success with those in need around the world through dedicated corporate giving. The company contributes to multiple organizations that fight hunger, provide improved medical services, connect with inner-city kids, prevent child abuse, and support and love the poorest of the poor in many nations. Michael and his wife, Heidi, personally spearhead financial intervention among the poor in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America as members of the Board of Governors for Opportunity International — one of the world’s largest non-for-profit microfinance organizations whose mission to provide small loans to the underprivileged. Michael is also a prior member of the renowned Young President’s Organization (YPO). He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University.
Michael enjoys sports with his family, including surfing, snowboarding, and golf. He resides in London with his wife and three boys.

Michael G. Fraunces
President and General Counsel
Mike serves as President and General Counsel of Md7. Prior to Md7, Mike was a corporate transactional lawyer, practicing in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, licensing and general corporate matters. From November 2001 until March 2004, Mike was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, an international law firm with more than 800 attorneys. From January 1993 until November 2001, he was a partner and associate attorney at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, a 200-attorney firm with a longstanding reputation in Southern California’s legal community.Mike graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration. After graduation, he attended the Naval Nuclear Power School and subsequently served five years as an officer in the United States Navy, serving on-board the U.S.S. Barb, a fast attack nuclear-powered submarine. Following his service in the Navy, Mike attended Yale Law School, graduating in 1992. While at Yale, he was the Managing Editor of the Yale Law Journal (i.e., law review) and was published in the Yale Law Journal. Mike resides in San Diego with his wife and son.
Mark C. Christenson
Chief Technology Officer
Mark serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Md7. Mark’s experience in the wireless industry dates back to 1995 when he worked in the telecommunications and business process outsourcing practice at Andersen Consulting. His clients included AirTouch (now Verizon Wireless) and Pacific Bell (now AT&T).From 2001 through 2003, Mark served as COO/CTO of Extend Global, a supply chain management company delivering wireless solutions to various vertical industries. From 1999 through 2001, Mark was the Director of Product Marketing at Aspen Technology, responsible for a market segment in supply chain planning and execution. Prior to Aspen’s acquisition of Petrolsoft Corporation, Mark was the Managing Director of Internet Solutions at Petrolsoft.
From 1995 through 1999, Mark had tenures at Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting, serving large clients in customer relationship management, e-commerce solutions, business process outsourcing and large-scale systems integration. Prior to 1995, Mark served for four years as an officer in the Navy. Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University. He resides in London with his wife and two daughters.

Lloyd Eason
Chief Financial Officer
Lloyd Eason joined Md7 as its Chief Financial Officer after spending over eleven years with Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). His most recent role within CSFB was that of Managing Director in the firm's Private Finance Group. As an investment banker, Lloyd was a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers. In addition to traditional private placements (unsecured debt, mezzanine and equity transactions), Lloyd served as agent to clients globally who sought to execute private and public securitizations. These structured transactions involved asset classes such as commercial real estate, project financings, contractual (royalty and fee) monetizations and other asset backed transactions. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Lloyd worked within the mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring divisions of Lazard Freres & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.
Lloyd attained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science degree from Hampton University in the state of Virginia.

Dawn Christmore
Vice President and Treasurer
Dawn serves as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer for Md7. She has 17 years of finance and accounting experience in a variety of roles and industries. From 1990 to 1996, Dawn practiced public accounting at a local CPA firm where she developed a broad background in both audit and taxation. From 1996 to 1999 she served in a corporate governance role for Jack in the Box in their internal audit department. Dawn’s technical and leadership expertise comes from serving as Controller for Clark Security Products, Inc., the largest national distributor of security products, from 1999 to 2006. It was in this role that she created a corporate infrastructure, increased efficiencies and participated in the strategic planning for a growing company.Dawn earned her CPA certificate in 1993 and received her M.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1999. Dawn resides in San Diego with her husband and two young children.

Thomas Dolislager
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Thomas is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Md7, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of new service offerings, expansion into new customer markets, and development of custom solutions for existing and prospective clients.Thomas has 14 years of experience in telecommunications. Prior to joining Md7, Thomas led Alltel’s Capital & Property Management department. His staff groups managed capital expenditures, network operating expenses, FAA/FCC regulation, real estate contracts, Master License Agreements, sublease marketing & administration, and real estate accounts payable and accounts receivable. Past positions within Alltel include merger & acquisition integration, cost of capital analysis, competitive & econometric modeling, and working ILEC competition & costing issues at both the state & federal level. Prior to joining ALLTEL in 1995, Thomas served as a captain in the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Regiment.
Thomas earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University concentrating in the area of strategic planning. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wheaton College in Illinois. Thomas lives outside Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife and two sons. Thomas enjoys teaching finance and economics courses at the University of Central Arkansas and is active in the developmental disability community.

Sudeep Gupta
Vice President of Marketing
Sudeep is Vice President of Marketing at Md7, where he is responsible for worldwide marketing and supporting business development for Md7's customers in North America.Sudeep has nearly 15 years of experience in the wireless industry. Prior to Md7, he was Vice President of Business Development for WiMAX and LTE product lines at a VC-funded startup. Before that he worked at Alcatel-Lucent for nearly a decade, where his most recent role was Business Development Director for broadband wireless access and WiMAX in the U.S. Prior to Alcatel, he worked in several roles, including as an RF engineer at Ericsson and in sales at a smart antenna startup.
Sudeep earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He has telecommunications patents in the U.S. and Europe. Sudeep lives in Allen, Texas with his wife and son.

Tom Leddo
Vice President of Operations
Tom serves as the Vice President of Operations at Md7. Since entering the wireless industry in 1995, Tom has successfully founded two startups, negotiated agreements for microwave relocation, tower site development, collocation, equity and debt funding and lease renegotiations.Prior to Md7, Tom served as a Principal for BridgeWest, LLC, a private equity firm in La Jolla, California. At BridgeWest, Tom focused on funding for telecom start-ups. Tom also successfully founded and managed two tower companies from their inception to sale. These companies, one in Arlington, Virginia and the other in Mexico City, Mexico, returned ten and seven times the initial investment to investors, respectively. Additionally, Tom entered the wireless industry by negotiating complex multi-party microwave relocation agreements on behalf of Carriers which secured licenses in the initial PCS auction in 1995.
Tom received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Tom resides with his wife and son in San Diego, California.

Romy Selati Loseke
Associate General Counsel
Romy serves as Associate General Counsel. Romy has 13 years of experience as a corporate and real estate attorney working on national transactions for clients ranging from individuals to international public companies.Romy started her career as both a litigation and transactional business associate at Hillyer & Irwin in San Diego. From 1998 to 2002, Romy was a transactional real estate attorney at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek in San Diego. There, Romy worked on complex finance, investment and real estate transactions while developing a specialty in national commercial leasing. In 2002, Romy founded her own law firm and also served in the position of Special Counsel for Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith in San Diego. During that time, Romy served as the primary outside real estate counsel for Barbeques Galore, Inc., an international public company. From 2006 to 2007, Romy served as a principal of Crown RV Group, a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and management of RV campgrounds.
Romy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emory University in 1993 with a B.A. in English and Spanish Literature and from Boston College Law School in 1996 with a J.D. Romy is a licensed California real estate broker. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two daughters.

David Pelling
Vice President of Finance
David serves as the Vice President of Finance for Md7. His broad background including financial management and strategy development provides a unique perspective to better serve the Company’s clients.Before joining Md7, David served as Director of Product Management for Fair Isaac Corporation, a provider of advanced analytics and software solutions. During his time at Fair Isaac, he oversaw the product strategy of product lines generating over $80 million in annual revenue. Prior to Fair Isaac, David was the Director of Finance for HNC Software, with responsibilities including financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and strategic planning. Before joining HNC Software, David served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Intel Corporation, with financial support responsibilities for a division with over 1,000 employees. From 1992 through 1996, David was a Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he served Fortune 500 clients and primarily focused on business process reengineering and large-scale systems integration.
David received his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA, and his Bachelor’s Degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He resides in San Diego with his wife and two children.
